AEM Big Brake Upgrade HowTo
Front:
This is what the brakes look like:


And the stock rotors look like this compared to the AEM:


Start by taking off your tires:

Next, remove the bolts that hold the caliper on:

Hang the caliper with Zip ties to the shock springs:
Connect the caliper expander to the axle:

Make sure to read the instructions:
Place the new AEM rotor on the wheel:

Cut the ZIP ties, and place the caliper on the new caliper expander:

Tighten the bolts to the caliper expander:

Check to make sure all bolts are tightened to the proper torque setting:

Follow same procedure on the other wheel:


Thumbs Up means you did it ok:

Put wheels back on, and torque them correctly:


Rear:
For the rears, start by taking off the calipers:

Hold up the caliper with ZIP ties:
To take off the rear rotor, insert the two screws you used to move the brake
line farther out into the two holes on the rotor.

Insert the rotor on the hub:

Screw in the caliper on the rotor:

The rotor ready for the wheel:
